**L&L Holding and Partners Secure $335M Refinancing for Wynwood Plaza**
L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, together with project partner Shorenstein Investment Advisers and co-investor Claure Group, have announced the successful closing of a $335 million refinancing deal for Wynwood Plaza. The mixed-use campus is located at 95 NW 29th Street in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District.
The refinancing, structured as a floating rate bridge loan, was provided by funds managed by Blue Owl Capital. The proceeds from the loan will be used to retire the original construction financing and support the remaining leasing efforts across the office and residential components of the property.
Completed in October 2025, Wynwood Plaza spans over one million square feet and features a luxury residential community comprised of 509 apartment units. It also includes a 12-story, 266,000-square-foot Class AAA office tower, serving as the focal point of the urban campus.
Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Institutional Advisory, led by Dustin Stolly, arranged the financing on behalf of the ownership group. L&L Holding was represented in the transaction by Yong Cho, Susan Raffo, and Jake Dersovitz.
This significant refinancing demonstrates the continued strength and appeal of Miami’s Wynwood market, as well as investor confidence in one of the area’s most prominent new developments.
