**Woodside Health Acquires Medical Building in Bend, Oregon**

Woodside Health has announced the acquisition of the Pinnacle Medical Outpatient Building, a two-story medical facility located at 2450 NE Mary Rose Place in Bend, Oregon. This strategic purchase marks the firm’s first investment in the state, expanding its growing national portfolio.

Originally built in 2007, the 37,486-square-foot building sits on 3.8 acres and is fully leased to a wide range of medical practices. Located within Bend’s established medical corridor, the property offers close proximity to St. Charles Bend Hospital—a 344-bed trauma center—and a dozen nearby senior living communities.

“The acquisition fits well with our portfolio strategy, which targets strong population, healthcare fundamentals, high-performing tenancy, and strategically located real estate,” said Ben Barr, Principal at Woodside Health.

This transaction marks Woodside Health’s 68th investment since its founding in 2008. The company continues to focus on acquiring and managing medical and health-related properties across the country, emphasizing long-term value creation and tenant satisfaction.
