Woodmont Industrial Partners has successfully secured a long-term lease for a newly constructed industrial building in Woodbridge, New Jersey with R.A.S. Logistics. This Class A industrial space spans 54,113 square feet and boasts high ceilings of 32 feet and multiple dock doors. With this lease, R.A.S. Logistics expands its operations to include New Jersey alongside its headquarters in Indiana.
The leasing agreement was commemorated with the attendance of Mayor John McCormac from Woodbridge Township and top executives from Woodmont including CEO Eric Witmondt.
This expansion marks an exciting milestone for both parties involved as they continue to grow their presence in the thriving industrial market of New Jersey.
