Logistics Property Company (LogiPropCo) has successfully leased 1,079,395 square feet of warehouse space at Building 1 in Southport Logistics Park to CJ Logistics America. This global firm is a subsidiary of the CJ Group and specializes in supply chain management.
Southport Logistics Park is a large development located in the South Dallas submarket. It spans over 252 acres and consists of three buildings. The park’s prime location offers easy access to Interstate 45 and is only a short drive from downtown Dallas. Currently, all three buildings are fully occupied.
The leasing team from LogiPropCo, consisting of Max Mueller, Daniel Davidson, Jonathan Snow,and J.C Hay worked alongside CBRE’s Kacy Jones and John Hendricks to secure this lease agreement with CJ Logistics America. On behalf of the tenant,JLL’s Rob Wheeler,Trevor Ragsdale,Melissa Holland,and JM Priddy provided representation during negotiations.
Although all existing buildings are now leased out,Southport Logistic Park still presents an opportunity for potential tenants looking for custom-built spaces up to 935000 square feet.
