**Wilks Development Breaks Ground on The Noc, First Vertical Project at Firefly Park**
Wilks Development has officially begun construction on The Noc, marking the first residential community and vertical structure within the expansive 217-acre Firefly Park mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas.
The Noc is scheduled for completion in Fall 2027. Designed by architectural firm Hord | Coplan | Macht, the community will offer 187 market-rate residences, ranging from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Amenities for residents will include co-working and conference spaces, a fully equipped fitness center, a dog spa, bike storage, a resident lounge featuring golf simulators, and a pool deck complete with cabanas and fire tables.
Construction is being led by Andres Construction, a Dallas-based general contractor with significant expertise in multifamily projects. The project is supported by $46.8 million in HUD financing, arranged by Mason Joseph Real Estate.
When fully built out, Firefly Park is set to include:
– 1,970 mid- and high-rise residential units
– 3 million square feet of office space
– 400,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space
– 1,200 hotel rooms
The groundbreaking on The Noc marks a major milestone for Firefly Park, setting the stage for one of the most significant mixed-use developments in the region.
