Lee & Associates NYC recently facilitated a lease for global life sciences strategy consultancy, LifeSciences Consultants, at Vornado Realty Trust’s PENN 1 in Midtown Manhattan. The new lease covers 4,092 square feet on the building’s 20th floor and marks the company’s first office location in the United States. They currently have offices in Milan, Mexico City and Mumbai.
Woody King and Todd Korren of Lee NYC represented LifeSciences Consultants while Vornado was represented by their own team including Anthony Cugini, Josh Glick and Jared Silverman.
According to King: “PENN 1 was an obvious choice for LifeSciences Consultants due to its iconic status within the Penn District. As this is their first U.S. location, they wanted to make a statement with their space selection.” He also noted that PENN 1 offers top-notch amenities which were important factors for employee recruitment. Its prime location near Penn Station and Hudson Yards also provides easy access for client visits.
