**ViaWest and Barings Secure $107M for Phoenix Industrial Development**
ViaWest Group and Barings have secured $107 million in construction financing for ReDiscover Logistics Park, an 808,448-square-foot industrial development located at 2402 W. Beardsley Rd. in Phoenix, Arizona.
The project will span four industrial buildings, situated on 43.5 acres in Phoenix’s Deer Valley submarket. Strategically positioned near the Loop 101 and Interstate 17 interchange, the site offers convenient access and is approximately 15 minutes from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company’s (TSMC) $165 billion manufacturing facility. With TSMC’s major investment, the area is becoming a critical hub for semiconductor suppliers and support businesses.
ReDiscover Logistics Park will offer building sizes ranging from 189,280 to 212,000 square feet. Construction is currently underway, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2027.
The financing for the project was arranged by JLL, with a team led by Kevin MacKenzie, Jason Carlos, and Lilley Kroll.
“We’re seeing unprecedented demand in the Deer Valley submarket driven by TSMC’s transformational investment and the broader semiconductor supply chain ecosystem it’s creating,” said Carlos.
ReDiscover Logistics Park aims to meet this growing demand, strengthening Phoenix’s position as an emerging logistics and advanced manufacturing hub.
