**Vestar Completes 400,000-Square-Foot Queen Creek Crossing Retail Center**
Vestar has officially completed Queen Creek Crossing, a 31-acre retail development that broke ground in 2022. Located in Queen Creek, the new center adds more than 400,000 square feet of retail and dining space to the area and is now fully leased.
Anchored by Costco, Queen Creek Crossing features a diverse lineup of national and regional retailers, restaurants, and essential service providers. Tenants include Ashley Furniture, Hobby Lobby, BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Smoothie King, Sleep Number, Fleet Feet, Well Groomed Pets, Desert Financial Credit Union, Natural Pediatrix, Gallery Nails, and Snip-Its.
Coming soon to the center are the Habit Burger Grill, expected to open in December 2025, and U.S. Bank, which is set to open in late 2026.
Queen Creek Crossing is the latest addition to Vestar’s growing regional portfolio, which also includes Queen Creek Marketplace and Vineyard Towne Center. This development further solidifies Vestar’s presence in the East Valley and contributes significantly to the retail growth of the Queen Creek area.
