**One Beverly Hills Breaks Ground on Vertical Construction for $10 Billion Development**
Vertical construction is officially underway at One Beverly Hills, the $10 billion master-planned development located at the western gateway of Beverly Hills. The project, spearheaded by Cain in collaboration with its development partners, is expected to begin phased completion in 2027.
Spanning 17.5 acres, One Beverly Hills will bring internationally renowned lifestyle and hospitality brand Aman to the West Coast. The development will feature two Aman-branded residential towers, an Aman hotel, and a global Aman Club. As part of the transformation, the iconic Beverly Hilton will undergo a comprehensive redesign to elevate the guest experience and maintain its legacy.
