**Investment Group Acquires Santa Clara Multifamily Portfolio for $18M**

Levin Johnston of Marcus & Millichap has closed the $18 million sale of a portfolio consisting of three contiguous garden-style multifamily buildings in Santa Clara. The properties, located on Bellomy Street, comprise a total of 59 residential units.

The buyer, a local investment group with a focus on value-add acquisitions, was secured by the Levin Johnston team.
