**Valley Ranch Convention Center Reaches New Phase of Construction**

Construction on the new 210,000-square-foot convention center in Valley Ranch’s entertainment district has officially entered its vertical phase. With walls now being erected, the $130 million development is beginning to take visible shape and remains on schedule for a fall 2026 opening.

The East Montgomery County Improvement District is spearheading the project, with architectural design by HHCP Architects and construction led by SpawGlass.

The facility will feature nearly 20,000 square feet of meeting space, a 55,000-square-foot exhibit hall, and between 35,000 and 40,000 square feet of lobby space, including open-air courtyards. Once completed, the center will rank as the seventh-largest in Texas, falling between Amarillo’s 300,000-square-foot Civic Center and Dallas Market Center’s 200,000-square-foot complex.

According to reports, the convention center is a central component of the next phase of The Signorelli Co.’s Valley Ranch development. This phase is focused on expanding opportunities for retail, business, and entertainment across the 1,400-acre master-planned community.
