US Property Management Acquires Houston Office Building
US Property Management has acquired a 225,000-square-foot office building located at 4646 W. Sam Houston Parkway North in Houston. The transaction was brokered by JLL on behalf of the seller. The building was vacant at the time of the sale.
Originally constructed in 2001, the nine-story office property is part of Westway Park, a 150-acre master-planned business campus. Over the years, the building had been occupied by energy equipment manufacturers Cameron and Schlumberger. The last tenant vacated the premises in November of the previous year, leaving the building unoccupied.
The property features amenities such as covered parking with 722 spaces, and it offers convenient access to major transportation routes. Situated in Houston’s Westbelt area, the building is just off the Sam Houston Tollway and is close to Highways 249 and 290, as well as Interstate 10. Downtown Houston is located approximately 17 miles to the southeast.
