Urban Land Institute (ULI) has announced changes to its leadership in Atlanta, with Tyrone Rachal of Urban Key Capital Partners taking on the role of Chair and Amanda Rhein, Executive Director at the Atlanta Land Trust, becoming District Council’s Chair for Mission Advancement.
