**Universal Kids Resort in Frisco Nears Completion, Ticket Sales Coming Soon**
Tickets will soon be available for the highly anticipated Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, Texas, with hotel room reservations expected to open in the coming months. The project is on track for completion by early next year.
At full buildout, the $550 million theme park will include a 300-room hotel, numerous rides, restaurants, and retail shops, all themed around popular movie characters. Designed to appeal to families and children, the attraction aims to offer an immersive, entertainment-packed experience.
Construction began in 2023, with Balfour Beatty serving as the general contractor, Gensler as the architect, and Moss Utilities LLC handling utility infrastructure.
The park is situated on a 97-acre site at the northeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Panther Creek Parkway. While it will be more compact than Universal’s flagship resort in Orlando, the Frisco location is expected to host an average of 7,500 guests per day, with peak attendance reaching up to 20,000 on holidays and during the summer season.
