United Properties Marks Major Milestone at Amira Lake Elmo Senior Living Community
United Properties has announced a key milestone in the development of Amira Lake Elmo, a new 55-plus active adult rental community located in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, near Woodbury. The property has officially received its certificate of occupancy, paving the way for the first residents to move in.
Amira Lake Elmo offers a variety of floor plans, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, designed for active adults seeking a vibrant and maintenance-free lifestyle. The project was brought to life through collaboration among United Properties, LSE Architects, Eagle Building Company, Great Lakes Management, and Associated Bank.
Great Lakes Management is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a high-quality resident experience, while Associated Bank provided financial backing for the project.
