**Unicorp Set to Break Ground on $475M Worth of New Apartment Projects in Orange County**
Unicorp National Developments is preparing to break ground on three new apartment communities across Orange County, Florida. The combined value of the projects is estimated at $475 million and reflects the developer’s continued expansion into multifamily residential developments ahead of several hotel and retail projects scheduled for 2026.
The three apartment communities are:
– **The Sutton Grande**: A 200-unit development valued at $200 million.
– **The Luxe at Dr. Phillips**: Another 200-unit complex, this project is estimated at $150 million.
– **Selene Lake Nona**: Located north of State Road 528 along Narcoossee Road, this community will include over 300 units and is valued at $125 million.
While progress continues on the apartment side, Unicorp is still working to secure financing for the 220-room Tao Hotel at O-Town West, which is anticipated to begin construction in the second quarter of the year. The company also has a number of other hospitality projects in the planning phase, including a 700-room InterContinental Hotel in Orlando.
Unicorp is in active discussions with lenders, including Centennial Bank and Key Bank, to finalize construction loan agreements for its upcoming developments.
