**UCSF Leases Nearly 300,000 SF at Kilroy’s Oyster Point Phase 2**
Kilroy Realty Corporation has announced the execution of 300,000 square feet in new leases at Kilroy Oyster Point Phase 2, a purpose-built life science campus located in South San Francisco. When combined with 84,000 square feet of previously announced leases, total leasing at the project has reached 384,000 square feet—representing approximately 44% of the available space.
Among the latest lease signings, the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF)—one of the nation’s top health sciences institutions—has entered into a full-building lease for approximately 280,000 square feet. The 16.5-year agreement will see UCSF take occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2027.
In addition to the UCSF lease, Kilroy also finalized a 20,000-square-foot agreement with a new genomic sequencing foundry at the second phase of Kilroy Oyster Point.
“We are excited to welcome these two innovative life science tenants to Kilroy Oyster Point,” said Angela Aman, CEO of Kilroy Realty. “These commitments contributed to a robust year of leasing activity at the campus in 2025 and underscore improving sentiment in the life science sector and growing demand for world-class environments that can effectively support innovation and growth.”
