**Legacy Partners and Resmark Launch Leasing for Two New Build-to-Rent Communities in North Dallas**
Legacy Partners and The Resmark Companies have commenced leasing for two new build-to-rent (BTR) communities located in northern Dallas suburbs. The projects—Harlow, located in Melissa, and Adair, situated in Aubrey—offer a combined 267 single-family rental homes.
Harlow, located in Collin County’s growing city of Melissa, comprises 133 one- to three-bedroom homes ranging from 780 to 1,500 square feet. The homes were designed by UD Architects.
Adair, found at 2036 Oak Grove Lane in Denton County’s Aubrey, offers 134 luxury one- to three-bedroom homes, with square footage ranging between 770 and 1,690. Architecture Demarest led the design for Adair.
Both communities feature private fenced-in backyards, attached garages, and a comprehensive suite of on-site amenities. Rental rates for one-bedroom homes at both Harlow and Adair begin in the mid-$1,600 range.
“While we historically have developed multifamily properties, we made the decision to pivot to single-family homes after analyzing the surrounding communities and recognizing the need to accommodate families who desire this lifestyle,” said Matt Brendel of Legacy Partners.
Construction for both developments was completed by Blackland Partners.
