Twins Ace Hardware to Open Second Arlington Location at The Zoe in National Landing
JBG Smith has announced that Twins Ace Hardware will lease the entire 8,116-square-foot ground-floor retail space at The Zoe, a 420-unit residential tower in National Landing. The retailer is expected to open its new location this fall.
Amy Rice of Rice Retail Advisors represented JBG Smith in the lease agreement, while Adam Schindler, Vice Chair at Colliers, represented Twins Ace Hardware. This will be the second Arlington, VA location for the locally owned and operated hardware store.
Twins Ace Hardware, led by Jeff Smith, is based in Arlington and known for offering a broad range of home improvement essentials. The new store will stock paint, gardening supplies, tools, as well as curated home goods and unique gifts.
“Twins Ace Hardware represents an excellent addition to the retail landscape we have cultivated to serve the community in National Landing,” said Brandon Taff, Senior Vice President of Commercial Asset Management at JBG Smith.
