LCI Industries has begun construction on a new 400,000-square-foot Ranch Hand manufacturing plant at the TriPoint Logistics Center in Seguin, Texas. Ranch Hand, a subsidiary of Lippert, specializes in truck and SUV accessories, including grill guards, bumpers, and other protective equipment. The new facility is designed to approximately double the company’s current manufacturing capacity for these products.

To streamline operations, LCI Industries plans to close two nearby plants and consolidate their functions into the new Seguin location. The company intends to retain most of the approximately 200 employees from the affected facilities, offering relocation assistance and job training as part of the transition. Once fully operational, the new plant is expected to create 320 jobs.

The $80 million project is being developed by Ackerman & Co. and is located at the intersection of I-10 and FM 464. It is scheduled for completion and delivery in the second quarter of 2026. Notably, the new site is positioned near an existing Caterpillar facility, further establishing the area as a hub for industrial operations.
