**Trademark Property to Break Ground on $120M Shivers Farm Development in Southlake**

Trademark Property Co. is set to begin construction this spring on Shivers Farm, a $120 million, 40-acre mixed-use development in Southlake, Texas. The project, which received rezoning approval in October, will be located at the northwest corner of North White Chapel Boulevard and West State Highway 114.

Shivers Farm will include 110,000 square feet of retail space, 38,000 square feet of office space, and 37 single-family residential lots. Plans also call for a flexible 3-acre site that may be used for a hotel, entertainment venue, or additional retail.

Trademark has already secured a grocery store to anchor the retail component of the development, though the name of the tenant has not yet been disclosed.

The development team includes Dwell Architects, engineering firm Kimley-Horn, and Ridgemont Commercial Construction. Trademark is currently in the process of securing an equity financing partner for the project.
