Tower Research Capital, a trading and tech firm, has relocated its global headquarters to 120 Broadway in downtown Manhattan. The firm signed a 15-year office lease at the landmarked Equitable Building with Silverstein Properties for 121,903 square feet of space.

The building’s owner recently completed major capital improvements including The Bankers Club – an exclusive penthouse featuring terraces, lounge area, café and food hall – as well as other amenities. Tower Research Capital will occupy the 37th to 39th floors from Q4 2024 onwards. Other tenants in the building include Chase Bank and New York City Housing Development Corporation (NYCHDC).

Joseph Artusa and Harlan Strader of Silverstein Properties along with Scott Klau, Brian Waterman & Erik Harris of Newmark represented the landlord while Luke Raimondo , Mark Weiss & Michael Mathias from Cushman & Wakefield alongside Joseph Doherty , Don Wehmann & Matthew Faucetta from Tower Research Capital represented tenant side during this deal .
