Toll Brothers, in partnership with The Davis Companies, has announced plans for the development of Aperture, a 680-bed (204-unit) multifamily rental community in Orlando, Florida. This two-building project will be located just five minutes away from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Financing for the project has been secured through a $50 million construction loan facility provided by TD Bank, N.A., arranged by Toll Brothers’ Finance Department.
The community will consist of 204 modern apartments and offer top-of-the-line amenities such as a cutting-edge fitness center and e-sports gaming center. Other features include a computer lounge with printing services, content creation studio, LuxerOne Package Locker System for convenient package delivery and pick-up. Residents can also enjoy outdoor spaces including cabanas and firepits in the courtyard as well as access to a resort-style pool with sun shelf. A private shuttle service to campus will be available along with an on-site parking garage equipped with EV charging stations.
