ViaWest Group secures $96.5 million in funding for The Base, a 2 million square foot industrial development in Glendale, Arizona. Phase I of the project is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2024 and will encompass 1.2 million square feet.
The financing was arranged by a JLL team led by Kevin McKenzie on behalf of ViaWest Group, with Bank OZK providing the note for construction.
Phase I will span over 82 acres and feature buildings ranging from 80,000 to 310,000 square feet with clear heights up to 36 feet. The site will also include ample parking space with room for trailers and vehicles as well as numerous dock-high doors.
Located at the NWC of Litchfield Rd. and Bethany Home Rd., this project is situated within Phoenix’s West Valley near the Loop-303 industrial corridor.
