​[[{“value”:”TGS Cedar Port Secures Tenant for Baytown Warehouse, Second Facility Under Development

TGS Cedar Port Partners has announced the successful pre-leasing of its TGS Cedar Port DC 9 distribution center, currently under construction within the TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park in Baytown, Texas.

The DC 9 facility, located at 5300 E. McKinney Road, is a 420,510-square-foot, cross-dock distribution center being developed on approximately 23 acres. The tenant, Supply Chain Management, LLC, will occupy the entire building upon its completion.

“We are thrilled to welcome Supply Chain Management, LLC to TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park,” said James Scott, President of TGS Cedar Port Partners, L.P. “The pre-leasing of DC 9 is a strong indicator of market confidence.”

Following the successful pre-lease of DC 9, TGS Cedar Port has commenced construction on DC 10, a nearly identical distribution facility located directly east of DC 9. Like its predecessor, DC 10 will feature 420,510 square feet of space and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026. The building will also include a 7,000-square-foot, two-story speculative office component. TGS has begun actively marketing the new facility for lease or sale to potential end-users.
