**Bell Partners** has acquired The Albee Apartments, a 355-unit multifamily property in Frisco, Texas. The acquisition was made on behalf of the company’s Bell Value Add Fund VIII, and the property will be renamed Bell Southstone Yards. With this addition, Bell Partners now owns or manages 42 communities totaling approximately 15,200 apartment homes across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

**Whitestone REIT** (NYSE: WSR), a neighborhood-focused owner and operator of open-air shopping centers in Texas and Arizona, announced that Promenade at Fulton Ranch in Chandler, Arizona has reached 99% occupancy. The milestone follows the opening of Salon Suites and is the result of a broader repositioning strategy initiated by the company in early 2023.
