Terrene Property Group, a real estate development, ownership, operation and management company based in Bellevue, Washington has commenced construction on a new residential project in Woodinville. This groundbreaking marks the beginning of an expansive development that will consist of 45 luxurious duplex homes.
Named Vineyard Creek, this upscale community will offer plans ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet with three to five bedrooms. The project is part of the larger $700 million Harvest mixed-use community being developed by a team including Jim Tosti from Windward Real Estate Services and Dave Hutchinson from VP Cos., based in Ketchum Idaho as reported by Puget Sound Business Journal.
The main feature of this development is Somm – an exclusive hotel and spa under Marriott’s Autograph Collection which will be managed by Seattle-based Columbia Hospitality. Completion for the entire Vineyard Creek project is expected by late 2025. Terrene Property Group secured funding for construction through a $46 million loan provided by Sound Capital.
