**Ramrock Team Unveils 8300 Douglas: Mixed-Use Development Coming to Dallas**
Ramrock Real Estate, Lincoln Property Company, HKS, and Willow Bridge Property Management have announced plans for 8300 Douglas, a premier mixed-use development that will deliver top-tier office, residential, and retail offerings to Dallas. Situated adjacent to the Preston Center Pavilion, the project is set to feature walkways connecting nearby shops and restaurants, enhancing connectivity and walkability in the area.
Scheduled for completion in 2028, the development will include approximately 300,000 square feet of Class AA office space spread across 12 floors. A 17-story luxury residential tower will provide 280,000 square feet of living space with 147 upscale units. The plan also incorporates a 35,000-square-foot rooftop park and 24,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, designed to provide an engaging urban experience.
HKS Architects will lead the design for the project. The office component of 8300 Douglas will include a full-service health club, tenant lounge, wine room, state-of-the-art conference facilities, a catering kitchen, and a luxury social club — offering a holistic workspace environment tailored to modern professionals.
