The retail outlet industry has recently experienced a period of inactivity as developers awaited the impact of population shifts and online shopping on their businesses. However, Tanger Factory Outlets has broken this trend by opening its 37th shopping center in Antioch, just outside Nashville. This marks the first outlet center to open in six years.

With an investment of $140 million, the new center boasts 290,000 square feet of open-air shopping space. Tanger Nashville has successfully leased out 96.5% of its retail and restaurant spaces to popular brands such as Ralph Lauren, Ulta, Nike and Under Armour. Local favorites like Prince’s Hot Chicken and Tailgate Brewery are also among the tenants.

One unique feature is that parking is located within the shops for convenient curbside pickup while a spacious green area at its heart provides customers with a place to dine and enjoy entertainment options.

This exciting debut from Tanger Outlets adds another vibrant destination for shoppers in Nashville without compromising on convenience or experience.
