**TA Realty Acquires Gateway Arvada Ridge Apartments for $100 Million**

TA Realty has purchased the Gateway Arvada Ridge apartment community for $100 million. The property is located at 5458 Lee Street in Arvada, Colorado. The seller was Revantage, a corporate services provider that supports real estate portfolio companies and investments within the Blackstone Real Estate network.

Gateway Arvada Ridge was previously sold in 2022 for nearly $131 million, when Revantage acquired the property from The Praedium Group. Originally developed by Embrey, the apartment complex was completed in 2019.

The community features a wide range of amenities, including a pool and spa, dog wash, fitness center, and an outdoor grilling and barbecue pavilion.

TA Realty has remained active in the real estate market. Earlier this year, the company sold a grocery center in Broomfield for $19 million. In late 2023, they also sold a 260-unit luxury apartment community in Lakewood for $100 million.
