Sterling Realty Organization, a real estate corporation specializing in commercial properties in the Puget Sound and Salt Lake City markets, has announced the completion of its 55,000-square-foot renovation project at the Symetra Center office tower. Located at 777 108th Avenue NE in downtown Bellevue, this Class-A office building now boasts extensive upgrades to its interior lobby and a new state-of-the-art restaurant for tenant Café Hagen.

According to Whit Hamlin, Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of SRO: “Our goal was to set Symetra Center apart from other properties and establish it as one of the most desirable office buildings not just in downtown Bellevue but beyond. The significant scope of this renovation reflects our commitment to creating a modern and attractive space that will attract top-tier tenants.”

The project team responsible for this $40 million transformation includes Turner Construction Company as general contractor and Westlake Consulting Group providing construction management services.
