SVN Chicago, Capital Real Estate Partners Complete Sale of Aurora Office Building
SVN Chicago Commercial’s Next Level Team, in partnership with Capital Real Estate Partners, has successfully completed the sale of a 53,818-square-foot office building located at 711 N Commons Drive in Aurora, Illinois.
Liberty Commons, NFP, the seller of the property, was represented by Jennifer Hopkins and Olivia Czyzynski of SVN Chicago Commercial’s Next Level Team, in collaboration with Jay Scholten and Scott Fedyski of Capital Real Estate Partners. The buyer was represented by Adam Johnson of NAI Hiffman. The office building was sold vacant.
Despite being unoccupied at the time of sale, the property attracted strong market interest, receiving five qualified offers and going under contract within three months of listing. This outcome underscores the ongoing demand for high-quality suburban office space in the greater Chicago metropolitan area.
