**Marcus & Millichap Closes $3.38M Sale of Waltham Multifamily Property**

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a nine-unit multifamily property located at 9-19 Brown Street in Waltham, Massachusetts, for a total of $3,380,000. The identities of the buyer and seller were not disclosed.
