Sales at Harrison Row Townhomes, a new affordable housing development in Chicago’s East Garfield Park neighborhood by Structured Development, have exceeded 50%. The multi-phase project is reserved for qualified households and has seen two of its three phases completely sold out. These buyers were sourced through the Chicago Housing Trust.
According to Mike Drew, co-founding principal of Structured Development, this milestone highlights the demand for workforce housing that caters to families with larger homes. Located near downtown and easily accessible via public transportation, these townhomes offer convenient access to the Loop. Additionally, Structured Development is also finishing up The Seng – an all-affordable condominium building located at 869 W. Blackhawk Street.
