StreetLights Residential Begins Phase III of Viridian Development in Arlington
StreetLights Residential has officially broken ground on the third phase of its multifamily development within the expansive Viridian community in Arlington, Texas. Located on 2,000 acres between Dallas and Fort Worth, Viridian boasts 500 acres of parks and open space, an additional 500 acres of protected wetlands and open water, and a network of scenic nature trails.
The first two completed phases of the StreetLights project—The Jackson and The Louise—have laid the foundation for the next stage of this thoughtfully designed community.
The third phase will introduce a vibrant mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences, alongside 68 townhomes. Many of the homes will offer direct access to green spaces and enjoy picturesque lake views. Select units will come equipped with premium features such as screened-in porches, under-counter beverage centers, and lake-facing balconies.
The community design is geared toward enhancing views of the central pool courtyard and Lake Viridian shoreline. Residents can look forward to a suite of upscale amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center that opens onto a fitness lawn, a co-working lounge with private work suites, and an event space with outdoor dining areas, grills, and social gathering spots. A clubhouse featuring a billiards room and card lounge will provide direct access to resort-style cabanas and daybeds, rounding out the luxurious community experience.
