Shane Flanigan has been appointed as managing director of property management at Stream Realty Partners. In this role, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s Southern California property management team. With a focus on utilizing Stream’s investor resources and talented team, Flanigan aims to deliver exceptional results for clients in the region.
Working closely with Martin Pupil, Executive Managing Director and Partner for Southern California, Flanigan will spearhead efforts to expand Stream’s management platform across key markets including Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire. With 17 years of experience in managing various types of properties and a proven track record in strategic leadership for institutional clients as well as high-net worth individuals.
Throughout his career, Flanigan has successfully managed over 15 million square feet of office space along with retail and industrial properties. Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, he served as regional VP at RiverRock Real Estate Group based out Newport Beach where he spent more than six years overseeing portfolio operations while also driving business development initiatives across Orange County San Diego ,Inland Empire,and Los Angeles regions.
