Strategic Capital Partners Breaks Ground on Final Industrial Building at 65Commerce Park Near Indianapolis
Strategic Capital Partners, LLC, based in Indianapolis, has officially broken ground on Building 7 at 65Commerce Park in Whitestown, Indiana. The new facility represents the final phase of the nearly 200-acre, eight-building master-planned industrial development located in the northwest suburb of Indianapolis.
The comprehensive development spans a total of 3.148 million square feet of leasable industrial space. Building 7, currently under construction, will provide 286,344 square feet of speculative warehouse and logistics space and is anticipated to be completed by the second quarter of 2026. Situated on 16.94 acres at 5561 E. 500 S. in Whitestown, the building is designed to meet the demands of modern distribution and logistics operations. Key features include 32-foot clear height ceilings and 28 dock doors.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Patrick Lindley, SIOR, Vice Chair, is leading agency leasing efforts for Building 7 on behalf of Strategic Capital Partners. The project team includes Compass Commercial Construction Group as the general contractor, JRA Architecture as the lead architect, Kimley-Horn as the civil engineer, and Design & Construction Insight, LLC as the owner’s construction representative.
This final addition marks a significant milestone for one of the region’s premier industrial parks, positioned to support continued growth in Indiana’s logistics and distribution sectors.
