Stafford Properties has announced plans for a new development in the Peoplestown community, located on a former industrial site spanning 3.7 acres. The project will consist of 350 to 425 units and will be situated near the future home of Terminal South, adding to the vibrant mix of food hall, offices and retail along BeltLine’s Southside Trail.

In order to proceed with this $100 million project, Atlanta City Council must first rezone the property for its intended use. Stafford aims to complete construction by early 2027 while Terminal South is expected to open in winter 2024 and nearby BeltLine section in mid-2026.

The development includes one- and two-bedroom units with at least 10% reserved for households earning below 80% of area median income. These affordable units are projected to range from $1,540-$1,963 per month.
