The Estate Companies has obtained site plan approval for Soleste La Piazza, a 23-story building featuring 378 luxury rental apartments, 6,919 square feet of retail space and 1,706 square feet of offices located on the west side of Young Circle at 1845 Hollywood Boulevard. On September 12th., The City’s Planning and Development Board unanimously endorsed the project without requiring city commission approval.
Jeffrey Ardizon, principal at The Estate Companies expressed his gratitude to the City of Hollywood staff: “We’d like to thank the City of Hollywood and its dedicated staff. Downtown Hollywood is becoming one South Florida’s most desirable urban locations – this is our fourth project in Downtown – we remain committed to transforming this city.”
Soleste La Piazza will offer studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments ranging from 404 to 1,605 square feet in size.
