Joyce Slone, a highly experienced CCIM and SIOR at Slone Commercial LLC, successfully facilitated the sale of three parcels of land totaling 329.63 acres in Yorkville to EPC Holdings and SOO Green. The transactions amounted to over $10.1 million and included some of the last large parcels available for industrial development in the I-55 submarket.
The expansive property will be incorporated into Lincoln Prairie industrial development, a BNSF-certified site with direct railway access spanning 228 acres. In one notable transaction, Slone represented NGH Farms in selling 229 acres to EPC for $6.4 million while Cushman & Wakefield provided assistance and JLL’s Sam Durkin and Sean Reynolds acted as representatives for the buyer.
EPC also acquired an additional 52 acres from Five H with Slone representing the seller in this $2 million deal. Furthermore, Five H entrusted Slone with their sale of a 48.63-acre lot to SOO Green for $1.7 million.
Thanks to Lincoln Prairie’s advantageous power supply and rail accessibility, JLL is currently marketing this site as an ideal location for developing an industrial building or data center.
