SLI Capital and Regent Partners have joined forces to develop a new apartment complex in the highly sought-after Edgehill area. This project, which will be part of a larger mixed-use development centered around the reservoir on Eighth Avenue South, will consist of two buildings – one seven stories high and the other three stories. The complex will boast numerous outdoor gathering spaces and a pool for residents to enjoy.

According to recent reports from the Nashville Business Journal, SLI Capital acquired both sites for a total of $14.25 million in separate transactions during 2020 and 2021.

The two apartment buildings are just one piece of an expansive 23-acre development site surrounding Edgehill’s reservoir. The master-planned project is being spearheaded by Elmington Capital Group, who also sold off these two Hillside Avenue properties to SLI Capital prior to their collaboration with Regent Partners on this exciting new venture.
