Colliers has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for 2.3 million square feet of office space at The Point, a mixed-use development spanning 6.3 million square feet in Draper, Utah. This project is part of The Point Utah, a state-owned land covering 600 acres that is being transformed into an Innovation Community.
The expansive site will not only feature the 2.3 million square feet of office space but also include retail and entertainment options totaling to 380,000 square feet, hospitality offerings occupying another 380,000 square feet and approximately3200 multifamily units.
During Phase I construction set to commence in2025,Collies will oversee pre-leasing for key buildings within The Point:
– Promenade One: A seven-story building with modern amenities spread across its75,000-square-foot floor plates.
– Rockwell One: An eight-story structure offering Class A office spacespanning225 ,000squarefeetwith spacious37 ,500 -square-foot floor plates .
