Slate Property Group, in collaboration with Avenue Realty Capital and SD Builders and Construction LLC, has reached the final stage of construction for 159 Boerum Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The impressive 162-unit building now stands at a height of 216 feet at its roof line.

Designed by Aufgang Architects, this multifamily development boasts amenities such as a fitness center, roof deck, parking garage and bike storage. Setbacks on the 12th and 16th floors have allowed for spacious outdoor terraces to be incorporated into the design. Completion is anticipated for summer of next year. This marks Slate’s second major ground-up project in this area.

“As our city continues to grapple with a housing crisis every new building counts,” stated David Schwartz who serves as Principal at Slate Property Group.”We are eager to complete construction on time so that we can provide much needed homes for New Yorkers.”
