**Slalom Renews Long-Term Lease at Seattle’s Hawk Tower**

Seattle-based consulting firm Slalom has renewed its 76,000-square-foot lease at Hawk Tower, located in the city’s Pioneer Square/Stadium District. The long-term extension secures Slalom’s presence in the building through 2034.

The deal was finalized by Steinhauer Properties, which owns Hawk Tower. CBRE’s Scotta Ashcraft and Dwight Newell represented Steinhauer in the lease agreement, while Slalom was represented by Pat Pendergast, Kris Washburn, and Clay Nielsen of JLL.

“This renewal represents more than square footage. It reflects a shared belief in Seattle’s resilience and in the creative force that thrives here,” said Greg Steinhauer, President of Steinhauer Properties. “Slalom’s belief in Hawk Tower, and their continued commitment, underscores the building’s role as a gathering place for innovation.”

Tony Rojas, President of Slalom, emphasized the importance of the space in supporting the firm’s culture and mission. “Slalom Hawk Tower reflects the business we’ve become: a space where our teams work together, collaborate with customers and partners, and stay connected to our community,” he said.

The renewal reaffirms confidence in Seattle’s office market and marks another milestone for both firms as they continue to invest in the city’s future.
