SL Green Realty Corp announced on Monday that Nayya Health, an employee benefits platform, has signed a 29,915-square-foot lease at 215 Park Ave. South. The new five-year lease will cover the entire fourth floor (17,255 square feet) and part of the 18th floor (12,660 square feet). With this new addition to the building’s occupancy, it is now at a solid 92% leased.
Steven Durels , Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing and Real Property at SL Green expressed excitement about welcoming Nayya Health to their property. He also noted that this recent leasing activity reflects an increase in tenant demand within Midtown South market.
Nayya Health was represented by Tim Freyberg from CBRE while Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen from SL Green represented ownership during negotiations for this deal. Located in Midtown Manhattan’s Flatiron District , the office tower stands tall with its impressive height of twenty stories and total space spanning over338636 square feet . Other notable tenants include Industrious NYC , Stellar Health Group , Rakuten USAand Global Strategies Group .
