Sitex Acquires Warehouse in Key New Jersey Logistics Corridor
Sitex Group, a leading privately held investor and developer of industrial real estate, has acquired a 26,000-square-foot warehouse located at 30 Abeel Road in Monroe, New Jersey. Situated on a 5.2-acre site, the property lies less than two miles from Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike, placing it within one of the state’s most strategic logistics submarkets.
The facility features a 36-foot clear ceiling height, one overhead door, and existing crane infrastructure. Its expansive exterior space makes it particularly well-suited for businesses that require fleet vehicle accommodations or outdoor storage solutions.
Sourced through Sitex Group’s longstanding industry relationships, the transaction was completed off-market. Although the financial terms were not disclosed, Mike Kimmel of KBC Advisors brokered the sale. Kimmel and his team will also serve as the leasing agents for the property moving forward.
