Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates have announced the signing of two new leases and one expansion totaling more than 10,000 square feet at 3010 and 3020 Westchester Avenue, located in Purchase Professional Park, Purchase, NY.

Release Recovery, a current tenant, has expanded its outpatient facility, doubling its space to nearly 16,000 square feet. The upgraded location now occupies an entire floor at 3020 Westchester Avenue, enhancing the company’s presence and capabilities within the campus.

In addition to the Release Recovery expansion, Westchester Life has signed a new lease for 1,526 square feet at 3010 Westchester Avenue. MD Hyperbaric has also joined the tenant roster with a new lease of 1,025 square feet at the same property.

The expansion deal with Release Recovery was completed through direct negotiations with Simone Development’s in-house leasing and legal teams. Westchester Life was represented by Tara Long and Matt Lisk of Cushman & Wakefield, with negotiations conducted in coordination with Simone’s internal teams. MD Hyperbaric was represented by Peter H. Levine of Charter Realty, while Long and Lisk also collaborated with the in-house leasing and legal departments to represent ownership.

These recent transactions solidify Purchase Professional Park as a growing center for healthcare and wellness services in Westchester County.
