Simon, a leading retail property developer, has announced plans to integrate luxury living into its Fashion Valley mall in San Diego. The property recently underwent a multimillion-dollar revitalization and will now feature 850 multifamily units developed by AMLI Residential, as well as 100,000 square feet of new retail and dining options.

Fashion Valley has already welcomed several first-to-market luxury brands such as Dior, Bottega Veneta, David Yurman,and Dolce & Gabbana. It was also recently announced that three more first-to-market brands – Celine (opening later this quarter), Christian Louboutin,and Fendi (both opening in 2025) – will be joining the lineup.
