**Simon to Redevelop Neiman Marcus Space at Boston’s Copley Place**

Simon Property Group has announced plans to redevelop the current Neiman Marcus space at Copley Place in Boston. The announcement follows news that Saks Global, owner of Neiman Marcus, will be closing the store as well as several Saks Off Fifth locations throughout Massachusetts. Specific closing dates have not been disclosed.

The redevelopment project will transform the multi-level space into a premier destination featuring a curated mix of luxury retail and dining experiences. Among the first confirmed new additions are the acclaimed restaurants Casa Tua Cucina and Estiatorio Milos. New boutique retailers are also expected to join the revitalized center, with details to be announced in the future.

“Copley Place has always been Boston’s most exclusive luxury destination, located in the heart of the thriving Back Bay,” said Mark Silvestri, President of Development at Simon. “By introducing these globally recognized brands and iconic dining concepts, we’re taking an already exceptional experience to an entirely new level.”

Construction is slated to begin later this year, with phased openings scheduled through 2028. The redevelopment will also incorporate additional retail, dining, and wellness concepts aimed at elevating the overall customer experience at Copley Place.
