Sherman Associates, alongside development partners and residents, recently celebrated the grand opening of Moment – a 10-story mixed-use development with a skyway connection. This $83 million project includes 222 market-rate apartments and nearly 15,000 square feet of street-level commercial space. Starbucks is one tenant among many others including New Horizons Academy daycare center at 650 Portland Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The project was financed by a bank group led by TCF Bank (now Huntington Bank). ESG Architecture & Design served as the architect while Kraus Anderson acted as general contractor for this endeavor that signifies Sherman’s dedication to creating vibrant downtowns for residents, businesses and workers alike.
